Roof cleaning & coating
Restore your commercial roof and help extend its service life. We remove moss, algae and surface contamination, assess the roof condition and recommend a coating suited to the substrate. Safe access and scheduling are planned around your operations.

Facade cleaning & coating
Give your premises a stronger first impression. Remove dirt, algae and staining from cladding and exterior walls, then protect suitable surfaces with a breathable coating or a fresh sprayed finish. We select the preparation and coating for your substrate.

ProPERLA protective coatings
Weather protection that works with your building.
ProPERLA’s super-hydrophobic coatings help keep roofs and walls dry while allowing moisture vapour to escape. Clear and coloured finishes protect suitable surfaces, with self-cleaning properties that help them stay cleaner for longer. We match the product to your building and the finish you want.
Facade Coating
A two-coat coloured exterior coating for suitable mineral walls. Helps reduce rainwater absorption while allowing water vapour to pass through the surface.
10-year manufacturer guarantee
Lifetime expectancy: 25 years. This is separate from the 10-year manufacturer guarantee.
BBA certification
BBA certification applies to ProPERLA Facade Coating. Product testing does not guarantee a building’s energy bills or EPC rating.

Clear Tile Seal
A clear water-repellent treatment for suitable mineral roof tile surfaces, where you want to retain the existing tile appearance.
